I'm completely new to Tableau. I just started a class and we're to install Tableau Desktop and Prep Builder.
I was able to install Desktop, but when I go to open the "World Indicators" workbook, I get the following error:
I entered and activated the license key that I was given by my instructor. If it means anything, there was an initial license key also installed. This initially flashed when I had Desktop opened and then I clicked on the workbook. I thought that maybe I needed to close the application and reopen it. That didn't fix the problem; now, I can't even open Desktop. I just get the error.
The next issue is with Prep Builder. I've been stuck on the installation screen for over an hour before terminated the install.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!

Can you try uninstalling and re-installing Desktop please ?
