Why is the input fields for my dynamic parameter not working on Tableau Desktop and not Tableau server?

Tableau Server Version (2021.4.3 (20214.22.0108.1039) 64-bit Windows)

I've created 2 parameters to enable certain calculations e.g. Sales YTD, YoY etc.

Parameters:

Select Year (Int)

Select Month (Int)

Input fields for parameters:

Select Year (Int)

• Year - based on formula "YEAR(Date)"
• Max Date Year - {Fixed : MAX(YEAR(Date)}

Select Month (Int)

• Max Date Month - {FIXED:MAX(DATEPART('month',{MAX([Date])}))}

Problem

This works perfectly on Tableau desktop but the input fields are not recognised on Tableau Server. Am I missing something here or is this a bug?
