Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager, Manhattan KS
Job Description:
As the BI & Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of data, reporting platforms and solutions to key business stakeholders enabling them to make data-driven decisions. You will help develop and drive a data strategy as well as manage the day-to-day operations of our BI. You will interact with the user community, developers and technical departments to promote information sharing, coordinate data delivery, assist in the development of data methodologies, and provide operational support.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Analyze end-user reporting requirements and develop reports and dashboards per business requirements. Regularly meet with all business units to clean up, assess, build and train. Identify, define, and build new data sets. Maintain tableau desktop, server, users, and license responsibilities. Be the first point of contact for any server-related issues and maintain high availability for tableau server. Manage training and onboarding of new users of tableau, alteryx, and future BI tools. Identify and evaluate new data technologies for implementation. Control the quality of the data reported.
