How do I get Excel to stop recognizing a value from a Tableau Prep csv output with a "dash" (i.e., the following symbol in quotes "-") as the beginning of a formula when I open Excel?

I created a concatenated field in Tableau Prep. As a result, I ended up with some values that began with - . Tableau Prep had no issue creating these values. I exported the output to a CSV file, and opened it up in Excel. However, for the values that began with - , Excel gave me the #Name? error, which means that Excel recognized that - as being a subtraction symbol. Is there a way I can get Excel to stop thinking that these values are formulas? Thank you!
