AI agents are very helpful during onboarding as a new employee, answering all types of questions from HR related, to work specific, to extra curricular activities. This saves a great deal of time being able to get a solution as well as supporting articles.

AI Agents are as good as your Data, and most importantly, how they are configuration. If proper guardrails are not inplace it may leak sensitive data too.
