I’m giving the Salesforce Platform Developer I (PLAT-DEV-201) certification exam. My government-issued ID contains only the name Kajal, with no surname/last name. However, the Trailhead Academy exam registration form requires both a Legal First Name and Legal Last Name. I want to make sure I enter the correct information so that my name matches my ID and I am not denied exam check-in. What should I enter as my legal last name?

I concur that you should try a support case. Hopefully you hear back soon. Another option would be to try to put it in as your first name and last name.
