Hello Trailhead Support Team,
I am currently working on the Agentforce Service Superbadge and am encountering an issue with Challenge 1.
I have completed all the required configurations according to the challenge requirements, including:
- Configured the Agent details as instructed.
- Created and configured the required Data Libraries.
- Uploaded the required PDF document.
- Verified that both Data Libraries are in Ready status.
However, when I click Check Challenge, I receive the following error message:
I have already tried:
- Refreshing the page.
- Logging out and logging back in.
- Rechecking all challenge requirements.
- Confirming that both libraries show a Ready status.
Despite these steps, the challenge validation continues to fail with the same error.
Could you please investigate this issue and advise if there is anything missing in my configuration or if there is a problem with the challenge checker?

If both Data Libraries are showing Ready and the configuration matches the challenge instructions, I’d first verify that you’re working in the correct Playground/org connected to the Superbadge. Also check that the required PDF is uploaded to the expected Data Library and that there aren’t duplicate libraries or agents causing the validator to check a different record.
If everything matches and Challenge 1 still fails, please share the exact validation error message/screenshot. That would help identify whether it’s a configuration mismatch or an issue with the challenge checker.
