when i want to install 2019.3 server in my system for testing purpose. i have already installed 2018.2 and i removed it. i want to run the fresh setup. but it was showing the below error. i cant find any files in my c drive. suggest me a solution.

how did you remove your 2018.2 in the first place? if you want a fresh setup for 2019.3, you need to fellow the document to completely remove the 2018.2
