• 2+ years experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and OmniStudio
• Strong hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and PEGA
• Proven success with Flows, Process Builder, and automating complex business processes
• Skilled in Agile/Scrum, source control (Git), and CI/CD deployments with Gearset
• Practical SQL and basic Java skills
• Experience supporting end users, training, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
