In my org, we've created several different currency fields on the campaign to track booth registration, lead lists, electricity costs - etc. Now that we have those fields, how do I use the Actual Cost and Hierarchy Actual Cost fields to roll up those fields?    Do I need to create a custom field that SUMS all the cost fields or is there something I'm missing as to why those standard fields aren't working? Are they intended to be placeholders for a flow output?

In Salesforce, the Actual Cost field on a campaign is a single currency field that does not automatically add up multiple custom expense fields such as booth registration, lead lists, or electricity costs. The Hierarchy Actual Cost field only rolls up values from the standard Actual Cost field across child campaigns, meaning it ignores your custom fields. If you want Actual Cost and Hierarchy Actual Cost to reflect the total of all your expense fields, you have two main options: create a formula field to calculate the total for visibility, or use automation such as a Flow to populate the Actual Cost field with the sum of your custom fields. Many organizations use Actual Cost as a placeholder for this automated total so that Hierarchy Actual Cost can work as intended.     MyWisely
