Does anyone have any idea of why this challenge instruction cannot be seen in the permission set page from setting in my org?

Please note that Trailhead Playgrounds with names starting with “EPIC” are used for Data Cloud and Agentforce modules. They are not the special playgrounds required for completing the Data Security module.
As outlined in the second unit of the '
Data Security' module (Control Access to the Org), you need to sign up for a special development org. We kindly ask that you sign up for this specific dev org by navigating to the link below, which includes the necessary features and access to successfully complete the module.https://trailhead.salesforce.com/promo/orgs/data-security
