You are in home page.

Can you try below steps.

1. Object Manager--- contact

2. Lightning record page -- open the page

Try to add related list there.

Select the Related List: In the properties panel, choose the related list you want to display (e.g., "Contacts," "Opportunities").

Customize (Optional): If you're using the "Dynamic Related List – Single" component, you can further customize the related list by selecting fields to display, filtering, and choosing between list or tile view.
