Is it possible to use {{Recipient.Salutation}} Merge Field in Account Engagement Email Content to display langauge specific Salutations?

In Account Engagement Email Template Editor I used HML Merge Field : {{Recipient.Salutation}} that currently displays Salutations Mr, Ms or diverse in Emails. But the emails are langugae specific: English and German. For German emails the Salutation should be Herr or Frau. How can I use Merge Fields to customise it?  

 In the system under Prospect Fields, there are custom Salutation fields synced to CRM,  German (german_email_salutation) and English (english_email_salutation) and then there is a Default Salutation field  (Salutation) in Acccount Engagement. The custom fields are the differentiators.
