I know this question was asked already a few times but none of the previous cases match my problem.
I made my custom format like this:
Now for bigger numbers it works but not for smaller ones:
How do I format it so that it will adapt to different numbers?

The format itself is just making sure that thousands and decimal delimiter should be displayed. Then you can define what should be used as delimiter. Didn't test it, but should work with any character as delimiter.
