Hi everyone, this is my first time reaching out to the community as I have ran out of ideas!
For this issue I am facing right now I cannot find any steps / solutions anywhere, unless its somewhere hidden on how to overcome this problem.
I have translated the dialogs which also has Rules - now the Values in Rules cannot be translated. As a result, when I select an option from a Question component, in Rules this options needs to direct to another dialog. However the option I selected in Question component is a Value in Rules and therefore Chatbot is returning [Empty Text] because the translated option does not match the rules value - see below:
In primary language see highlighted 'Pet Doors'
In German language you'll see that Pet Door is now translated to 'Haustierklappen' however it no longer matches the Value in Rules component and therefore throws [Empty Text] and does not direct to the highlighted dialog - see further below

I am ruling out the parameters to determine the language as it works for the welcome dialog and the first dialog but fails due to option and value not matching.
Any help or direction is much appreciated!

I had a light bulb moment last night when I put my son to bed :D
All I needed to do is to add more conditions to the rule with the value being the translated text and set the rules to meet any of the conditions - fixed!
