I have a Digital Engagement License in Salesforce and get information from Salesforce Web that get 25 free inbound conversations for WhatsApp. What's the license name? I want to track the WhatsApp Usage.
And how if the conversation is more than limit purchased? Do we get charged extra? or the message won't come to Salesforce?

But still need another confirmation, If our conversation bundling is out of limit, what will happens with the WhatsApp inbound message? it won't come to Salesforce?
