Hi,
I am investigating options for route re-optimisation based on traffic jams/road closures.
I am aware that with Base model it was possible to have route suggestions (https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.cg_concept_user_traffic_route_info.htm&type=5), however, for the enhanced model I can't seem to find any information.
I am also aware that with Maps Advanced a re-optimisation schedule can be put in place but this would be a fixed schedule and unfortunately does not take real-time route impacts into consideration (as far as I am aware).
Has anyone been able to configure it and can provide guidance?
