How do we build our community group engagement?

I am looking for ideas from our current group members. As architects we have a lot of knowledge and experience to share with each other.

Currently our activity level is low, I own that, it has been a tough start to the year. I am back and fully engaged. I would like to get ideas from you as the members of our group, on how we can increase our activity and interactions?

Please respond and help me get this group back to the previous levels of engagement.
