For example, standard 'Summarize Account' says there are 4 Cases when there are 8 Cases. It seems to be 'behind' in recognizing the related list items. This is the same in builder and on record.
I'm noticing same behavior on a Flex template where Flow is being used to query Child records and do some output calculations. Co-pilot is not recognizing many of the child records when executed from record context, but this is working fine in the builder.

This started working for me, and I understand from Salesforce that it should not be an issue now.
