I would like to ask for your thoughts as I am a bit stuck in writing a formula field/variable in the flow to basically run a check. I want my record-trigger flow to:
Send custom notification within timeframe from Sunday 11.00PM till Friday 11.00PM after 48 hours from LASTMODIFIEDDATE
Not send notification within timeframe from Friday 11.00PM till Sunday 11.00PM
Attached is my flow..could someone help on this?

@Prachi Behl thanks sooooo much for your reply! It was really helpful. Actually, the requirement slightly change. My stakeholder is asking to trigger the custom notification also if it falls in the timeframe from Friday 11.00PM till Sunday 11.00PM. If that's the case, basically the custom notification should arrive on Monday at 9.00AM. Or if it is easier to implement, the day should just be postponed (for example, let's say that the custom notification would need to be send on Sunday at 1.00PM, instead it would be sent on Monday at 1.00 PM).
