When reviewing the logs in RPA manager and comparing them to the downloaded logs in the analysis package the downloaded logs are incomplete.
While it appears in the downloaded logs below the bot is unable to find the email with the set filter criteria, but every time this has occurred the bot has successfully read the email in our mailbox.
When reviewing the logs in RPA Manager they show the check for the input file as a success. Before a recent configuration the downloaded logs were always complete.Has anyone experienced this?

@Matthew Lawson Got it... if the environment is not different, then to understand what exactly is going on in the secure session, I would suggest to try the below:
1. Remove all the filters from Read email and inside the Read email scope, we could put in log messages printing the values of the corresponding mail filters in runtime.
For example: If you are filtering on the subject, add a Bot message or a log printing the Subject. With this we can check what is the content of the Subject at run time for the emails. Since we have no filter, the control should come inside the Read email scope.(Please see screenshot 1)
2. In the MuleSoft RPA configurator, is a setting called "Analysis Package on OK". This should generate an Analysis package even if the workflow ends in a OK state without any errors. With this we can ensure that we get an analysis package in any case and can check the logs we put in Step 1. (Please see screenshot 2)
With the output we can understand more and see what could be next step to do in order to fix this issue.
