Verification problem - data import with Wizard

Hi,

I was completing the challenge: Import data using the Data Import Wizard.

I got the following error message when after clicking on verifying the challenge

We couldn't find the contact records from the CSV file. Make sure you import the CSV file correctly.

I successfully imported the provided Excel file without any Records failed. What is the issue?
