Hi All - we rolled out V1 of our bot to Facebook Messenger, which requires customers to message us first, before the bot sends the initial welcome message.
We are now duplicating this bot to roll out to our website, and would like the bot to AUTO SEND the Welcome message as soon as the chat bubble is opened to start the chat (ie. welcome the customer before they type their question)
How do we do this???
ALSO - How do we add an additional question to ask their name?? Any ideas :)

Thanks guys - we've tried these, but the Q's are not coming into the Bot. We've created a case to see if we can chat with someone directly :)
