I'm using DLRS to roll up the Subject of the next upcoming Task to a field on a custom object.
The result field on the custom object is a Text field, but since Subject is technically a Picklist, I'm getting an error that "Master and detail fields must be the same field type (or text/Id based) for First or Last operations".
I am trying to use a formula field on the Task object to convert the Subject field to text using the formula "TEXT( Subject )", but then I get "Error: Incorrect parameter type for function 'TEXT()'. Expected Number, Date, DateTime, Picklist, received Text". It says the Subject field is a text field.
I know that the Subject field is weird since it functions as both, but does anyone have a workaround for what I'm trying to do?
