Hello Everyone,
Currently our org is way over our storage limit so i've been tasked with cleaning this up. Looking through our usage it appears the issue is being caused by Call Log records.
I've been tasked with only keep the last 2 years' worth and deleting the rest. However, there would be over 14 million records that would need to be deleting. I'm unsure of how to go about this in the least cumbersome way.
Can anyone please advise?
