NPSP Requirements Gathering Template - URGENT!

Hi Guys,

 

I'm going to implement Salesforce NPSP from scratch to one of my clients. I'm looking for a Requirement Gathering template for Salesforce NPSP. If anyone can share a template that will be of great help!

 

If I'm in a wrong place now, then please suggest me some pointers.

    Hi Sri,

    You can define your own template by dividing requirements in different modules based on the functionality.

    Please find pointers for your NPSP Requirements Gathering Template (based on general requirement for NPSP):-

    1) Account Management:- 

        a) Household Account

        b) Organization Account

    2) Contact Management:-

       a) School

       b) Volunteers

       c) Students

    3) Donation Management:- you can manage your donation in opportunities.

    4) Event Management:- you can manage your events under Campaign

    5) Payments and Recurring Donations
