Service Console Chat- Custom Offline Chat Window graphic in place of Offline Chat Form.

Service Console Chat - Omni Channel - When Agent is Offline, I need to include only Contact Info. graphic on the chat window, in place of the offline support form. How would I disable the Offline button completely. I would appreciate any help.

I have explored this line in the embed snippet:

embedded_svc.settings.disabledMinimizedText = '...'; //(Defaults to Agent Offline) Service Console Chat- Custom Offline Chat Window graphic in place of Offline Chat Form.

There is no standard functionality to accomplish this. Please review the idea below and upvote so that the Salesforce product team can implement it in coming releases.
