How to disable dependant picklist value for one controlling field when it is associated with more than one controlling fields?

Question

Level1 Field - Level 2 Field - Level 3 Field - Level 4 Field

America - Fixed Asset - Other - N/A

America - Cash Management - Other - N/A

I need to disable the dependent value 'N/A' for Fixed assets - Other - N/A but keep it active for the other combination. Is this achievable through configuration and how?

In your case you can just create a validation rule that says when Fixed Asset is selected and N/A is selected then throw an error.
