Hi there!

I'm trying to get 4 years of e-mail data into Salesforce from Mac Mail. I have a .mbox file but I can't seem to convert this into something that will play with Salesforce. I'd also like to get those attachments loaded. Is there a way to connect or mirror to the external inbox for search reasons or potentially get these e-mails loaded via mbox?

THank you!

    Hi@Kate D

    Salesforce does not directly support importing .mbox files. You will need to convert the .mbox file to a compatible format, such as .csv or .pst, before importing it into Salesforce.To ensure that attachments are also loaded along with the email data, you will need to include the attachments in the converted format (e.g., .csv or .pst) and map the attachment fields appropriately during the import process.

    To import the Emails themselves there are instructions here for this;

    To import the Email Attachments you should be able to follow the steps here;

    Please do a dry run in a Sandbox first to make this works as expected !
