I tried to finish the Omni-Channel module, but on the chapter: "Understand Skills-Based Routing" I can't understand why this screen doesn't let me enter anything in the field value, what should I enter? Whatever I enter comes out with that red message

We tried checking this in the backend and see that you have successfully completed 'Omni-Channel for Lightning Experience' Trailhead.
