Greetings! We have a client that is purchasing a block of activities. They will pre-pay us for the full amount of the block. Each month they will make service requests to our team that will pull from the purchased block of activities At the end of the month we will calculate the number of activities provided and deduct those from the remaining block of purchased activities.
Reaching out to this group to determine:
* Do we create a single Opportunity for the initial block purchase with the revenue at the full purchase price amount?
* For each activity request do we create a separate Opportunity, then update the revenue associated with that Opportunity at the end of the month based on revenue from that activity?
* How would we net the revenue of this activity Opportunity out of the main Opportunity?
* How can we track the remaining number of activities available from the total block purchased?
* Or is there a different way to address this type of Opportunity?

I would suggest that you seek your company's Solution Architect's help or hire a consultancy partner. Why? Building systems or suggesting anything need to understand the whole picture. What is the business model, what does the business do, etc.
