We currently use a custom field called MB ID. It used to be a unique field but we removed that and ONLY want certain people and actions to happen for people to enter a value there.
ALLOW the field to be a duplicate if the following:
- If the Accounts share the same Ultimate Parent (ID)
- Certain users can update the field
