In my organization we work from Leads, converting to Account/Contact with an Opportunity as needed, and then we work from the Opportunity. In some cases, Opportunities are created on existing Accounts with no prior Lead, so they are missed with the "Leads with Converted Data" report. What is the best way to get a full view of all incoming Leads/Opportunities in one place?

Hi Tyler, this is tricky if you need to see leads that have not yet been converted into an Opportunity. If you want to see leads that have been turned into an Opportunity along with Opportunities that were created directly, you could just run a report on Opportunities. Since the lead has been converted, you can reference the Account on that Opportunity since all the converted information will now be at the Account level. Additionally, you could use lead mapping to flag a converted field on the Opportunity so that in reporting you can easily see if it was converted. However, if you need to see open leads that have not yet been converted alongside Opportunities, you'll probably need to break that into separate reports unfortunately.
