I had my Administrator Certification exam and it was paused in between and support system said to exit the exam and reboot the computer. When I did the same I was unable to relaunch the exam. I contacted Kryterion, the advisor first said be rescheduled the exam for same day at 4:00 pm but then he messaged again that he is getting error as my voucher was expired on April 30, 2023. He suggested me to contact Trailhead support. I have submitted the case on Trailhead support my case number is Case #00956128. I want to appear in my Administrator Certification as soon as possible. Any help for the matter will be appreciated.

Also, I’m confused if should I book another date for exam or wait for Trailhead’s reply because I’m afraid what if I booked it and again same technical issue happened?
Since it was a technical error, they’ll usually work with you to get you rescheduled. Just stay with it and follow up with Trailhead.
