There is a specific certifcation: Nonprofit Cloud Consultant.

Work through the trails and recommended reading to prepare for that exam and you'll learn all you need.
Nonprofit exam covers a lot of material. It is unlikely your organisation will need you to know all the information, so feel free to skip sections if they aren't relevant to the org. but if you're set on getting the cert then obviously don't skip them.
