Hi All,
I have a request to add a custom field of real time Quantity On Hand (QOH) from Product into the Quote Line Item Multi-Line Layout. I tried to use the formula field and figured that out the formula field is not supported by the Multi-Line Layout. Is there any other way I can do to show the QOH info in the Multi-Line layout?

That is the only way it can work friend.
Unless you build your own custom lightning web component or similar custom dev to have it live displayed.
The standard quote builder will not work like that in my opinion.
