Hello there, (I am NOT a recruiter, but I am doing my best to help our SF internal team to find the best Tech Lead for us)
I work as a Solutions Architect (not focused on SF) for a growing and tech-driven company in Canada. I am being proactive and trying to help the SF team to find an A+ Tech Lead that fits the culture and the skill level of our team. We are reorganizing the current SSC solution and migrating it to FSC.
- We are embracing FSC standard capabilities and standard data model and will be delivering a true customer-centric platform.
- We are reorganizing our internal SF team that today has a lot of talented, experienced and certified Salesforce developers and admins (They are fun to work with too). Also, we want our team to engage in the Canadian Salesforce Community. Meetups, User Groups, Events, etc.
- We are designing our Salesforce CoE and the new TL will be THE driving force on this.
- We want to be the #1 FSC implementation in Canada, from both technical and business perspectives.
- We are working to make our SF internal team even prouder of their achievements and career growth.

People that can make it to the office (GTA) once a week are preferable, but A+ candidates living in other areas (even outside Canada) are welcomed as well!
I know the compensation aligns with an A+ Engaged Salesforce Architect/Tech Lead expectations, so money will not be a limiting factor if we find the perfect match.
