Some of our users are reporting that when they are working in Omnichannel, they will hear a 'double ding' (aka the omnichannel alert sound twice) and then be disconnected from omnichannel. We already have the display a login confirmation enabled in our org. (https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000382689&type=1) We have tried running logs and nothing is showing up and they haven't been noticing this issue regularly until a few weeks ago. Has anyone else had this issue?
@Sumeet Negi We do have the Omni-Channel setting "Display a login confirmation upon loading a console with Omni-Channel" enabled. As long as they click "Continue" their status remains the same.
One of the frustrating things is that it isn't consistent, the users will indicate they often hear a "ding" or sound while using Salesforce before the status will change but the status in Omni-Channel doesn't ALWAYS change.
The users do see a speaker/sound icon on the Salesforce tab, I don't know if this is consistent as only a few people mentioned it.
We don't have calls (inbound or outbound) or chat (with external customers) enabled in our org.
