how to create survey/survey form(for feedback purpose) accessible for customers (people outside of our organization) . Survey Force Application allows only for internal users.

@Suryakant Salke you can actually send to externals with Community/experience cloud.
- Go to Set up -> Digital Experiences -> Settings & enable Digital Experiences.
- All Sites -> Create a new Site, follow all the steps & activate that site.
- Surveys -> Surveys Settings -> "Select the default community for creating public survey invitations." -> choose the Community that you've created.
- When you send surveys, on the tab "Participants Outside Your Company", the link is available for you to send to externals.
Hope Salesforce can facilitate somehow & streamline the whole Surveys feature, seems like many steps to go through to be honest...
