I'm working on my Admin Cert Prework - Stuck on the following module Create a Case Escalation Rule. Issue: Can't find a new Product Support case for Pyramid Construction.

However, I can see the product support case, two of them actually? Looking for some guidance as I'm sure I missed a step.

    Hi @Mario Araya ,

     

    I had the exact same issue and noticed later that my page layout was incorrect and missing fields.

     

    Follow as below:  

     

    Setup | Object Manager | Case 

    Select Product Support Case Layout 

    Select Case Page Layouts 

    Make sure you have the following fields added:     

     

    Hi , I had the exact same issue and noticed later that my page layout was incorrect and missing fields.

    Just create a new case and delete the old one. It should work. Let me know if it worked for you =)
