I have a requirement that if the opportunity stage moved to negotiate, the PM of that Opp gets the approval request once the PM approved the request then the Finance team gets the approval request. like two approval processes. when I click submit for approval PM will get the request once he/she is approved then 2 approval requests get triggered automatically. Is it possible??
Hey @Aamir Dalvi, there are some contradictory statements written in your response above. However, if you want that the Opportunity should be submitted to both teams simultaneously, then you only need to create a new Approval process for the PM team and then based on the stage change, the Opportunity approval process will be triggered for both simultaneously. BUT, if you want the Approvals to go one after the other, then you have to configure steps in a SINGLE approval process. So for example, if the Opportunity is submitted simultaneously to both via two different approval processes, if either one of them approves/rejects, the Opportunity is Approved/Rejected without waiting for the other approval, since we cannot call a second approval process from inside one.
