Hello Guys,

I am facing a problem. When case is set from Pending to Solved, Stopped time between Pending and Solved status is not getting added to 'Stopped Time' metric on CaseMilestone object.

I am checking the 'Stopped' checkbox while setting the status to Pending. It is unchecked and completiondate is populated when case status is set to solved. These two operations (unchecking and completiondate population) are happening simultaneously. Unchecking the checkbox in Case Before flow, while populating the completiondate in Case After Flow.

The problem is that paused time in-between Pending and Solved status is not getting added to 'Stopped Time' metric in CaseMilestone and Actual Elapsed Time isn't properly calculated. However, if I populate completiondate manually after the Stopped is unchecked, 'Stopped Time' gets considered.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? If yes, can you please suggest a solution you implemented?

Thanks

Rishi
