Here's my story - I work for a financial adviser in New Zealand and we use Salesforce. It is not well set up and a nightmare to use, we've had no training and I've had to design a process for my team based on its current functionality. The company pay a company in Australia a ridiculous amount per hour to do anything, and their budget is tight therefore nothing gets done. And so I said to myself - I could fix this, better yet I could get paid well to fix it! And having read a few modules, I think I can definitely learn this system and eventually be able to do the things my company is paying top dollar for and be the one charging!! So where should I start?
