I've created a mass quick action button on my Cases List view to Set my target resolution Date to "Today" (Which is one value in my picklist). Is there a way to mass update all my records to choose one value of my Target Resolution Date picklist with one click of the list view action button without a modal popup? I just don't want to have to choose the picklist value in the modal popup every time I click the quick action button. Seems like too many steps.

Thank you Faizal. The reason I ask this is because there is a test question on Focus on Force that has this exact scenario and I tried to replicate it with no success.
