I have created an approval process, and I have triggered this process with the flow. so I have created a submitter comment with the variable 'text template' to add on. but when approval is sent to the approver submitter comment looks like this please suggest how to sort this Thanks In advance

Comments can only be text, not rich text. Make sure your text template is set to view as plain text:
