I reviewed this article on Learnexperiencecloud about the Account Switcher functionality (https://www.learnexperiencecloud.com/s/article/External-Managed-Accounts). I set everything up in my sandbox and we have the Community Plus license; however, I do not see the Account Switcher option when I log in as a customer, only the Account Management option, even though I added it to the Navigation Bar per the directions. Is this only available in Partner Experience sites? Or can it be used in the Customer Service one as well? And I guess while I am at it - is the only thing they can do when they switch accounts is manage members? Or can they also submit cases for the account they switched to (this is the true reason for wanting to do this)?
