Hello,
Is someone able to explain how come the 'pending' and 'customer' items aren't in the drop down box? I entered them at the beginning to the 'Type' field picklist. Should I have checked the "Make this value the default for the master picklist" option when adding to the picklist field?
Any help is appreciated and hopefully I explained clearly.
