I have a matching/duplicate rule using the standard contact matching rule set up but when I go to a contact that I know is a duplicate, it does not pick it up. Does anyone know what i am missing in the set up? I have activated both.

Hello Jas, I suggest you check the matching rule to see if the fields you wish to be compared is considered in standard contact duplicate rule , else create a new matching rule. You can also have a look at this blog to see what Salesforce duplicate management offers and how AI solutions are handling duplicates ?
