Hi All,
I am working with a probono client who requires a long overdue upgrade of NPSP...they installed in 2013 and it looks like very little has been done since...
Going through all of the conversion points we are making good progress but we have a sticking point...
There is a section on page 18 of the conversion document (
https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/sfdo-docs/npsp_account_model_conversion.pdf) which references "Households without Contacts" - then says Contacts (Household Members) - implying that contacts in this section are actually "Household Members" but then asks you to pull reports for "One-to-One Accounts with no Contacts".
What I am getting at here is are we looking at the "Contacts" object at all or are we - as I suspect - looking at "Household Members" - there is a big difference when it comes to reporting!
Equally, I could be going down totally the wrong track.
Any insight is appreciated!
#NPSP3 UpgradeThanks @Bhisham Bajaj - thanks for this, there is a lot to unpack here, hence my question might not be ultra clear!
The confusion we have is that when we pull the Accounts with no contacts report (for the Account Type One-to-One Individual) we end up with over 300 records. This would be okay if they accounts actually had no contacts...but they do...
Clicking on the account name pushes a redirect straight to the contact. I can then open the account by copy-pasting the account ID into the URL. When we look at the account it has a _System:One2OneContact.
I am 99.9% sure we are pulling something incorrectly but based on the info given in the document I am not sure where to look next...any ideas?
