I have a Recurring Donation record with a bunch of Opps whose Recurring Donation Installment Number field is blank, so their Names contains '(0)' rather than '({installmentNumber})'. I want their name to show the installment number.
I run Recurring Donations Batch. Installment numbers do not update.
However, installment numbers do update for other RDs.
The RD in question has Status = Open, Period = Monthly. The installments in question close dates in the future and Stage = Pledged.
There is no error in the NPSP Error Log.
Any idea what might be going on?
